The products associated with it are part of the culinary traditions that have had their place in Polish cuisine over the centuries. Until today, when summer is over and the days are getting shorter and colder, we eagerly reach for fruits and vegetables typical of autumn, warming spices or filling goose. Our Chef, Bogusław Michałowski, was inspired by traditional preferences, but he combined them with modern, interesting compositions that will show you a different view of autumn - as a time of variety, blaze of colors and flavors. As an appetizer, we recommend a light shrimp tartare with butter and garlic, served with crispy herb croutons. It will perfectly stimulate the appetite for the next dishes! Of course, our menu could not miss the classic pumpkin cream and coconut milk, which we twisted up with ginger and coriander pesto. This delicious soup is served with Jerusalem artichoke chips, croutons and roasted pumpkin seeds - it's a solid dose of energy! For the main course, we recommend two dishes of a completely different character. For fans of traditional meat, we will serve goose leg with a thick boletus sauce, buckwheat groats with red cabbage and pear baked in white wine. For those who seek new culinary experiences, we have prepared halibut in finely crushed walnuts, which goes well with a delicate, interesting whole with a fluffy saffron sauce and vegetable couscous with the addition of pomegranate seeds. Oriental notes surprise and seduce with subtle originality! Our dessert is a return to the classic, home-made crumble with plums - it will come straight from the oven, so it will be really hot, deliciously sweet and sour and aromatic thanks to spices!
