The tradition of celebrating new vintage wine is cultivated in many places around the world. Undoubtedly, the best-known young wines are Beaujolais Nouveau and Italian Novello, produced in France. It is worth knowing that in Central Europe, also in Poland, celebration of young wine!
In the restaurant of the DANA hotel, for the weekend, we have prepared young wine from the local Turnau vineyard for tasting.
It is great that the wine perfectly tastes with goose meat, which is why on St. Martin's Day all over Europe delicious goose dishes with wine are served. In Poland, roasted goose is a traditional dish. And that Poland has been the largest producer of goose for centuries in Europe, and the custom of serving geese and goose dishes dates back to the 17th century, no wonder.
